The Wellbeing Sanctuary

The Wellbeing Sanctuary truly lives up to its name, offering a serene and rejuvenating environment that promotes holistic wellness through their own bespoke method: The Art of Self-Mastery. We had the pleasure of exploring this wellness center and experiencing its offerings firsthand, including the red light therapy and group meditation class.

Upon entering the sanctuary, I was immediately struck by the calming ambiance and soothing aesthetics. The well-designed interior exudes tranquility, with natural elements, soft lighting, and comfortable seating areas that create a welcoming atmosphere.

The range of services and programs offered at Your Wellbeing Sanctuary is impressive. Whether you're seeking physical relaxation, mental clarity, or emotional healing, this center has something to cater to every individual's needs. From yoga and meditation classes to personalized wellness consultations, they provide a comprehensive approach to well-being. Something I was very impressed with was the extent to which thought has gone into every aspect of improving your wellbeing in this place. The depth of knowledge of the staff as well as the founder was incredible. Even down to the water provided and the benefits it evokes.

You feel a warmth when you enter this environment, it feels friendly, welcoming and as though even if its your first time visiting, you belong. We were booked in for 2 treatments but the staff took time to understand each individual's goals and concerns, ensuring personalized and effective guidance throughout the wellness journey.

First we went into the red light therapy room. We had a 30 minute session in here where you lie on a bed and are covered by a semi-circle cocoon, whilst the infrared light warms you from beneath. Tranquil music played and the lights were dimmed. This was an extremely relaxing experience and a great way to spend 30 minutes in your thoughts. The health benefits were clearly explained by the staff.

Next, we joined a group meditation. There were 8 of us in total in this class plus the founder who took the class. The session lasted and hour where we lay on our backs and listened to a guided meditation, whilst effects were used to create rain fall, thunder and bird sounds. This was a thunder meditation I believe and I highly recommend it.

In total, we were at the centre for around 90 minutes, so this was a quick visit. The centre is relatively small, however this does not impact the power it has on you and your wellness journey. For entrepreneurs, I see this as a great place to go to work on specific elements such as cravings, fat loss, stress management and perhaps mindfulness.

Overview: A great experience with an extremely knowledgeable and friendly team. We would certainly recommend this to The Healthy Entrepreneur Club members looking to take a deep dive into their wellbeing journey.
